John C. White, President/Chief Operating Officer

John White, co-founder of MediaTech, is the President and Chief Operating Officer. John has more than 25 years experience in the eLearning and visualization industries. John has a degree in Drafting, Design, and Virtual Reality with a strong background in graphic art and 3d animation. For seven years John was the Art Director and Operations Manager for Universal Systems and Technology, Inc., a defense contracting firm responsible for developing thousands of hours of courseware. Prior to that, John was a Senior Animator for Engineering Animation Inc. (EAI), a firm that specialized in 3D modeling and animation for litigation, engineering, games, and feature film studios. John also led animation teams in the development of special effects for New Line Cinema’s major motion picture “Blade”.

Amber White, Senior Vice President

Amber White leads the marketing, public relations, investor relations, and customer relationship management. Amber holds a double degree in Animal Science and Marketing. Amber’s prior experience includes 3 years in the insurance industry with Allied Insurance as a Commercial Underwriter. While at Allied, Amber managed a territory of 200 agents and conducted agent-training seminars. Following Allied, Amber has been providing sales, marketing and public relation consultation services for eLearning companies.

Steve Wilson, PhD., Director of Instructional Design

Steve Wilson, Director of Instructional Design for MediaTech, is responsible for the management of the instructional design team and maintaining the educational value of all e-Learning products. Steve holds a B.A from Louisiana University and a M.A. and Ph.D from Texas Tech. Steve is a licensed psychologist and has worked as a business consultant, educator, researcher, and clinician. Steve has more then 30 years experience in the technology industry. He focused his career on the design of training software in 1997, and most recently worked with Universal Systems and Technology in Johnston, Iowa as the Director of Instructional Technology. In that position, Steve developed technical and procedural processes for converting legacy-training materials into premium quality interactive courseware.

John Arnold, Preparedness Product Development and Sales

John Arnold works as director of sales for preparedness projects, planning and training. John recently retired, as an Emergency Management Coordinator in two of Iowa’s southern counties. His career started after graduation with a BS in Business Administration, he then enlisted in the Navy for 4 years. He spent 1 tour during the Vietnam era, overseas on Guam as a communications specialist which required a Top Secret crypto clearance. After his discharge, he and his wife spent the next 26 years successfully as owners and the Publisher of the local daily newspaper and shopper. After selling the newspaper, John obtained his broker’s real estate license and worked as a broker associate realtor. He spent 1 term as an elected county official as a member of the county Board of Supervisors and then accepted the position as the Emergency Management Coordinator until his retirement.

Randy Benton, Industrial Safety Training, Planning and Sales

With more than 25 years experience working in the manufacturing/construction industry, Randy has written training manuals, and safety awareness plans, as well as HAZMAT/HAZCOM books for preparedness planning, drills and instructor led training programs.  Randy’s background also includes 12 years of military service, most of which was spent training and preplanning CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high- yield Explosives) events.
